- Service Description
Trinity Driver on Call is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers who drive the rider’s own vehicle upon request as well as transportation services or vehicle rental.
- Eligibility
To use the app:
- Riders must be at least 18 years old
- Drivers must hold a valid driving license, meet verification requirements, and comply with local laws
- Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to:
- Drive safely, lawfully, and responsibly
- Respect the rider’s vehicle and property
- Not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Accept or decline trips voluntarily
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Trinity Driver on Call.
- Rider Responsibilities
Riders agree to:
- Provide a road-worthy and legally registered vehicle
- Maintain valid insurance for the vehicle
- Disclose any vehicle-specific instructions or limitations
- Treat drivers respectfully
- Liability Disclaimer
- Trinity Driver on Call is not responsible for accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or personal injuries arising during a trip
- Responsibility lies between the rider (vehicle owner) and the driver, subject to applicable laws
- Users agree to use the service at their own risk
- Insurance
- Drivers are responsible for their personal compliance with driving laws
- Riders remain responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance
- Trinity Driver on Call does not provide vehicle insurance unless explicitly stated
- Payments & Fees
- Service fees are displayed before confirming a booking
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
- Refunds, if applicable, follow the app’s cancellation and refund policy
- Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud or misuse
- Safety violations
- False information
- Repeated complaints or policy breaches
- Ratings & Reviews
Users may rate each other. Abuse, harassment, or manipulation of ratings may result in account action.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Driver on Call shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal and Australia.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated terms.
